Connection: Rooted in Service and Shared Purpose

Community impact reflects who we are. Through our colleague-driven model, employees help shape the causes we support, creating genuine ownership in efforts that expand educational access to empowering underserved communities. We enable colleagues to engage in ways that are personal, flexible and meaningful — reinforcing connection, belonging and shared purpose across OCC.

Through colleague-nominated non-profit partnerships, dedicated volunteer time off and opportunities to turn service into financial support, employees are empowered to invest in their communities. Our giving programs enable colleagues to donate securely, amplify their impact through matching contributions and translate volunteer hours into direct support for nonprofit partners, reinforcing a culture where service is personal, flexible and deeply connected to who we are.

When we lead with service, we strengthen the bonds that make OCC distinctive. Through our three-year nonprofit partnership model, we are building long–term relationships with Cara Collective, Edu-Futuro, and United to Learn. These partnerships create opportunities for colleagues to volunteer together, build relationships and see their contributions create meaningful change.

We see strength in our numbers. Over 274 colleagues donated annually, and 1,304 volunteer hours logged in 2025, and over 84 non-profits nationwide received benefits from our generosity.  OCC’s Twelve Days of Giving campaign raised over $40,000 – surpassing our goal and increasing participation by 49 percent year-over-year.

Empowering Growth: Building Capability and Leadership

We're investing in a high-performance culture focused on workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness and employee development. In 2025, we successfully launched enterprise-wide capability-building programs including Leadership Accelerator, New Manager Program, Mentoring Program and AI-powered learning that exceeded participation expectations.

We also established a Change Champion Network of over 30 employees who actively support OCC's transformation. Informed by insights from 250+ change readiness interviews, these champions are helping colleagues navigate evolution while maintaining our cultural foundation.

Our strengths remain clear: role clarity, manager support, team collaboration and alignment with our mission and values continue to anchor our culture.
